iCAT  technology for our patients

The iCAT imaging system allow us to capture 3D xrays to analyze teeth, roots, jaw joints, skeletal balance, airway, and sinuses without magnification or distortion. The scan takes less than 10 seconds and shows significantly more information to allow accurate diagnosis and unprecedented treatment planning ability.

This three dimensional information is especially useful when assessing unerupted teeth or skeletal imbalances which may otherwise be undetected and result in a compromised treatment plan.

iCAT  referral for general dentists

The iCAT imaging is often included at no extra charge to our orthodontic patients.   It is also available on an outpatient basis for a minimal fee charged directly to the referring dentist.  CBCT Imaging (dicom files) as well as 3D viewing software will be provided on your patients iCAT imaging CD.  Printable and online referral forms are available here.
